You should always know what changed in your project and who changed it. So we built a dedicated Updates screen, right in the main navigation. It’s a full activity feed for your project. Updates are grouped by day, you can scroll back as far as you like, and a filter bar lets you narrow the feed down to the kinds of updates you care about. The entries are specific too. If someone changes the display preferences, the feed tells you exactly what was modified, not just that something changed.
We also made people easier to tell apart. Every contact and member avatar across Cast & Crew, Call Sheets, and PDF exports now gets a color-coded background, and each person keeps their color everywhere. Profile pictures show up throughout Cast & Crew cards, Call Sheet tables, and the mobile crew view. There’s a new Profile Pictures toggle in the Call Sheet display settings if you’d rather keep the sheet plain. And exported PDFs now render the same colored avatars you see in the app.
Call sheets picked up two smaller things. You can now reorder the Client and Talent sections by drag-and-drop, on desktop and on mobile. And tapping a location on the mobile call sheet opens a directions modal, so you can jump straight into Google Maps or Apple Maps navigation.
The shot list got sturdier too. The built-in columns like Status, Shot, and Day are now protected, so you can’t break them by accident.
