How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Cinelog Subscription at any time. We do not require you to call, email, or chat with anyone to cancel. The way you cancel depends on where you bought your Subscription.

If you subscribed on the web (cinelog.com)

  1. Open the Cinelog app or sign in at cinelog.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Plan.
  3. Click Cancel Plan and confirm.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your Account becomes a free invitee Account — you can still be invited to collaborate, but cannot create new projects.

Can’t sign in? Email info@cinelog.com from the email address on your Account and we will cancel it for you within 1 business day.

If you subscribed on iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Cinelog → Cancel Subscription.

Cinelog cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf — only Apple can.

If you subscribed on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on any device, or open the Google Play app and tap Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  2. Find Cinelog and tap Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm.

Cinelog cannot cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf — only Google can.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your paid access continues to the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • Your projects and content stay in your Account.
  • If you do not resubscribe and you have no active invitations, your Account remains active as a free invitee Account.
  • You can resubscribe at any time.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically issue a refund for the current paid period. See Terms of Service §6 for when refunds are available and which channel handles them (Cinelog, Apple, or Google).
