Delete your CineLog account
You can permanently delete your CineLog account and the data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account is free and does not require an active subscription.
Fastest: delete in the app
Open CineLog and go to Settings → Account, then choose Delete account. We email you a one-time verification code to confirm, and the deletion begins immediately.
No app access? Request it here
If you can no longer sign in, use the form below. Submit the email address on your account and we will verify ownership and process the deletion. You can also email privacy@cinelog.com directly.
What gets deleted, and when
Once we verify your request, your account is deactivated right away. Data is then removed on the following schedule:
- Your account record is soft-deleted within 14 days and permanently erased within 30 days.
- Your projects, call sheets, scripts, and uploaded files are retained for 30 days so you can request an export, then permanently erased.
- Payment records held by our processor (Stripe) are deleted at our request, though Stripe may retain certain records to meet its own legal and fraud-prevention obligations.
